Annual Heritage Cattle Drive and High Country Ride -fully booked

Join the adventure and help drive cattle to the base of the High Country to prepare them for the summer in the mountains. Ride through the magnificent sub alpine areas of the Mansfield Valley and the Howqua Hills. Cross the beautiful Howqua River numerous times and camp out at some of the unique private huts scattered in the hills. This area is set amongst the foothills of the Great Dividing Range; it was made famous by 'The Man from Snowy River' films. Throughout the cattle drive you will learn the ways of working and reading cattle, each night there will be a camp fire and some entertainment and enjoy Hidden Trails well renowned Bush Cooking. After the drive we head for the tops! Visiting iconic Craig’s Hut and riding over Mt Stirling and spending the last night at Razorback Hut. Accommodation will be supplied the Night before the trip.
